On Monday January 3rd, employees of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks staff headed to Fountain-Fort Carson High School for their Ziggy’s Kids Club youth clinic. The clinic was a perk of membership for the Switchbacks Ziggy’s Kids Club program – a club for kids aged kindergarten-5th grade. Also included in their membership is free tickets to 2022 matches, an on field activity and photoshoot with Ziggy, as well as some prizes and giveaways.
The clinic was graciously hosted at Fountain-Fort Carson High School, and led by coaches from one of our partner’s, Soccer Shots. Over 45 children showed up on the snowy Monday morning to participate in the event, and lots of parents enjoyed watching from the sidelines as the kids were led through drills, shooting clinics, and a mini scrimmage.
